Construction of modern and functioning facilities is important, but we want to achieve even more. In the Plaza project, special investment has been made in the energy-efficient construction of the future based on the principles of sustainable development. The Plaza is Finland’s first, and so far only, commercial office building project with a class A energy rating.
NCC Property Development is the first in Finland to receive the EU’s GreenBuildingPartner status and we comply with the BREEAM environmental assessment method in our activities.
BREEAM is the world’s most used environmental assessment system, which is used by many countries as their environmental assessment system. This system is also used in the design and construction management of the Plaza Business Park. Our ambitious goal is to reach the Very Good level of BREEAM, which no player in the field in Finland has yet reached.
